How It Works

Step 1: Fill in the form
Tell me about your business and what you're looking to have built. The more detail you give me the better - it helps me figure out whether I'm the right person for the job before we even speak.

Step 2: I'll review your enquiry
I'll have a look at what you've shared and figure out whether it's something I can help with. If it is - I'll be in touch to book a discovery call.

Step 3: Discovery call
A 20 minute call - no charge, no obligation - where we get into the detail of what you need. I'll ask questions, you'll ask questions, and by the end of it we'll both know whether we're a good fit. I'll also talk through any tool costs so you know exactly what's involved.

Step 4: Project Pricing
Some projects like Chatbot Flows and AI Team builds have a clear starting point - you'll have seen those prices above. For everything else, there are too many variables to give a meaningful figure without knowing more about what you need. That's what the discovery call is for - by the end of it you'll have a clear idea of what's involved and what it's going to cost. And there's no obligation to move forward once you receive your quote - it's entirely your call.

Step 5: Let's build it
Once we've agreed on everything I get to work. I'll keep you updated throughout so you always know what's happening - and when it's done we'll have a proper handover so you're completely comfortable with everything that's been built.

And if after our discovery call I don't think I'm the right fit for what you need - I'll tell you. I'd rather point you in the right direction than take on a project I can't deliver brilliantly.

A QUICK NOTE ON TOOL COSTS

Most of the tools I use to build automations and AI systems are subscription based - and I want to be upfront about that before we even get on a call.

Here's a rough idea of what's typically involved:

• Zapier - free plan available for simple single step automations, paid plans from around £20 a month for multi-step workflows

• Make - free plan available, paid plans from around £9 a month

• N8n - no free plan available. Prices start from £24 per month.

• ManyChat - free plan available, paid plans from £10 a month

• ChatGPT Plus - £20 a month, needed if we're building your AI assistants within ChatGPT

• Claude Pro - £20 a month, needed if we're building your AI assistants within Claude

• Gemini - free plan available, no paid plan needed for AI assistant builds

• API costs - if your project involves AI being used within an automation workflow using tools such as Zapier or Make.com, there may also be API costs from platforms like OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude). These vary depending on usage and we'll go through all of this on your discovery call so nothing comes as a surprise.

Where we can use free plans, we will. But for most properly functioning automation systems there will be some ongoing tool costs involved.

The way I always think about it is this - what is your time worth? If a £20 a month tool saves you 5 hours a week, that's not a cost. That's an investment.

Note: This is just a snapshot of some of the tools we might use - not every project will need all of these. The tools we use will always depend on what you're trying to build and what you're already using in your business. I'll always recommend the most cost effective solution for your specific project and we'll go through everything on your discovery call.

NO RETAINERS. NO ONGOING FEES TO ME

I want to be really clear about this because I think it matters.

• I build it.

• I hand it back.

• And then it's yours.
  

You won't be tied into a monthly retainer with me. You won't be paying me every month whether you need me or not. Once the project is complete I'll hand everything over with a full walkthrough so you understand exactly what's been built and how it works.

If something needs tweaking down the line, or you want something new adding, I'm always happy to help - just on an as-and-when hourly rate basis. No contract, no commitment.

I'd rather you feel like you got brilliant value from a one-off project than feel obligated to keep paying for something you don't need.
