This is the moment it stops being theory and becomes something real and working in your business. And once you've done it once, you can do it again and again for every assistant you want to build.

⚒️ MODULE 7: Build It In Claude - Projects

What We Cover

You've already built it in ChatGPT - now let's take everything you've created and build it straight into Claude. Your Brain Download (i.e. your B.A.S.E. Framework files) your AI assistants and instructions - it's all coming with you.

I'll show you exactly where to go, what to click and how to set it all up.

Why This Matters

Having your assistant set up in Claude means you always have a backup ready - and once you've used Claude you might just find it becomes your preferred tool (Claude is the tool I use the most in my own business).

Note: Claude Projects require a paid Claude account (£18 p/m). If you're not ready to upgrade, no worries - you can always come back to this module when you are.

⚒️ MODULE 8: Build It In Gemini - Gems

What We Cover

Same process, different platform. I'll walk you through setting up your Gem in Gemini - taking everything you've already built and plugging it straight in. The great news? You can build a Gem on Gemini's free plan - so this one costs you nothing extra.

Why This Matters

If you're already working inside the Google ecosystem - Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive - then Gemini is going to feel really natural to you. And just like Claude, having your assistant set up here means you're never putting all your eggs in one basket. If one tool goes down or hits its limits, you've always got a backup that already knows your business inside out.

MODULE 9: The Art of Prompting

What We Cover

Your AI team already knows your business - so you're not starting from scratch every time you ask for something. But knowing how to prompt well is still the difference between good results and brilliant ones.

I'll give you a practical toolkit of ready to use prompts covering social media, newsletters, emails, sales pages, content repurposing and planning - plus a "help me prompt" prompt for when you get stuck.

Why This Matters

Having your files and assistants set up means you need far less prompting than someone starting from scratch - but knowing how to ask the right questions still makes a huge difference.

Your assistants are building up a picture of how you like things done over time, which means eventually you won't need to be anywhere near as specific.

Great prompts now = brilliant results that just keep getting better.

MODULE 10: Working With Your AI Team

What We Cover

You've done it - you've built your AI team, you know how to prompt them brilliantly and you've got a system that actually works for your business 😃

This final module is about making sure it all sticks.

We'll cover how to get into a daily and weekly rhythm with your assistants, what to do when things don't quite go to plan, and how to keep building on what you've created over time.

Remember - you don't need to have every assistant built straight away. You start with one, get comfortable, and grow your team from there.
